Refund Policy

Your first payment

There’s no free trial, so your first payment is covered: if VibeHarness isn’t right for you, email help@vibeharness.dev from your account’s email address within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it in full. The subscription ends when the refund is issued.

Renewals

Renewals aren’t refunded. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank they usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund you’re entitled to by law where you live.
